I've been on a NYX kick for a while. I think its run its course, because I'm pretty sure I've bought all the things I've wanted to try; well, for the most part anyway. I still have an order from Cherry Culture that I made over a week ago. They haven't shipped it yet or sent me a confirmation email. I'm guessing its just taking a while because it was during the 50% off sale.
Then there was the NYX $1.20 anniversary sale disaster. To make a long story short, the NYX website was not prepared for thousands of shoppers bombarding the site, and the servers couldn't handle it. They never fixed it, either. Only a few people were able to check out. To make up for it, they've sent us personalized coupon codes for 50% off with free shipping. I used mine today. Sure, its not anywhere near 80-90% off, but its better than nothing. Lots of people are really bitter about the whole thing. I think they could have given us a much better discount to make up for it, but hey, I'm not the one in charge. I still love NYX.
